Is an appointment required to try on a wedding dress?
To ensure the best possible experience, appointments are required when trying on wedding dresses. We reserve 60 minutes for your bridal appointment. Are you just accessorizing or making final decisions? You can book a follow up appointment for an individualized hour of glamming up your bridal look!
How many people should I bring with me to my appointment?
Please limit the number of guests in your entourage to your closest friends/family members who know you the best and whose opinion you value the most. Too many opinions can be overwhelming for the bride! Additionally, we are not able to accommodate any pets in the boutique due to the delicate nature of the wedding dresses and furnishings.
What do I wear?
Your consultant will be popping in and out of the dressing room to help you into each wedding dress…. So wear something you are comfortable in. Light colored undergarments, strapless bra, and Spanx are suggested.
Do you carry my size?
Our samples range from sizes 8-26 in bridal, with most being in the 12/14 range. Bridal sizing typically runs two sizes bigger than your normal street size. If a sample is too big, we will clip it, and if it’s a bit snug, we will insert a panel. All of our wedding dresses can be ordered in sizes 0-28, but we don’t stock multiple sizes of each dress for trying on.
How long will my dress take to come in?
Start shopping early! Wedding dresses can take 4-6 months to arrive, and alterations can take another 2 months, so make sure to allow plenty of time. Many designers offer rush shipping to accommodate an earlier wedding date for a minimal fee. We also offer an “off the rack” selection of our sample dresses throughout the year as certain styles are discontinued or we make room for new arrivals.
What is the return policy?
All sales are final. Cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds cannot be given on your wedding dress purchase, as we must purchase the dress first upon ordering.
What is the price range of your wedding dresses?
Our gowns dresses from $1600 – $3500, with an average price of $1900. We work very hard to choose high-quality designers that offer a variety of styles and price ranges to fit most every budget. We always have a selection of off-the rack sample gowns for sale at marked down prices for those brides on a budget or a tight timeline.
Do you carry plus size dresses?
Yes! We are continually building our collection of plus size sample gowns in bridal sizes 18-24! We have one designer who solely specializes in curvy brides as well as several plus size gowns from each of our other designers.
